Service

Concierge service for a virtual world.

Investments come first, planning surrounds them, and service carries both. This page is how the relationship actually works.

Relationships begin at a table.

The best client relationships tend to begin in person: an unhurried dinner, a real conversation, no agenda beyond getting acquainted. Human connection is the foundation of a concierge practice, and it does not happen through a scheduling link.

Business then runs wherever serves you best. Most reviews and working sessions happen over video, because that is what busy lives prefer. Some clients want every meeting across a desk, and that door is always open. The pattern is simple: connection gets a table, execution gets a screen, and the choice of medium is always yours.

Service & Planning

You set the pace.

Every relationship opens with a standards assessment against the three standards: Security, Freedom, and Independence. From there, you choose how much to tackle proactively this year and what waits. Between scheduled work, the line stays open for whatever life raises.

No prescribed meeting counts. No plan-as-homework. The framework adapts to seasons of life, not to upsell.

Service & Investment Tiers

Pay for what you value.

You choose the disciplines at work and the depth of the engagement. The fee follows those choices, and rates decline as household assets grow. The numbers are published because there is nothing here to hide.

Alpha Trend follows strength across global markets and steps aside when nothing qualifies. Beta Market keeps you fully invested through every environment. Complete descriptions live on the Strategies page.

Managed Wealth Program

A single advisory fee with planning included. The program requires a minimum of $500,000 in household assets under management, waivable at the Firm's discretion, offered as a qualification of fit rather than a price of admission. Billed monthly in arrears. One-time Engagement Fee at signing.

The stated rate applies to the first $1,000,000 of household assets. Household assets above $1,000,000 are billed at the stated rate minus 0.30%.

Worked example: a Strategic-level household with $750,000 allocated 60% Alpha Trend / 40% Beta Market pays a blended annual advisory fee of $8,100 (1.08% blended), or $675 per month, plus a one-time $3,900 Engagement Fee.

Planning & Strategy Program

A flat annual planning fee plus a separate strategy fee. Strategic and Premier levels only. No Engagement Fee, no asset minimum.

Advisory fees are described in the Firm's Form ADV Part 2A, Item 5, which controls in the event of any discrepancy between this page and the Firm's regulatory filings. Fees are calculated and billed as described in each client's advisory agreement. The worked examples above are illustrative. A current Form ADV Part 2A is available at no charge upon request and through the link on our Disclosures page.
