Prior to founding HFI, Drew served as an Intelligence Operations officer in the U.S. Air Force and later pursued doctoral training in translational molecular biology, conducting cancer research. Those environments taught the same lesson that now governs every portfolio decision. Process matters more than prediction. Signals are read. Discipline is followed. Outcomes are accepted without hedging.
